As her career evolved, Palak discovered a new passion for improving the way mental health services are delivered. This led her to transition into the mental health technology sector, where she worked on streamlining private practice operations and finding innovative solutions to enhance client care.
Fueled by her vision for compassionate and efficient mental health practices, Palak founded Oorja, a practice management company dedicated to supporting providers with operational excellence.
