We are out of network providers. Fees vary depending on provider, as well as type and length of therapy.
Out-of-Network Benefits
As out-of-network providers, we don't accept insurance. However, we do offer monthly superbills that you can submit if you have out of network (OON) benefits.
If your insurance offers out of network benefits you could get reimbursed directly anywhere from 50-80% of each session.

How Do I Know If I have OON Benefits?
If the tracker above doesn't work, here is a step by step guide to see if your insurance offers OON benefits:
- Step 1: Call your insurance company and ask about your coverage. This number can be found on the back of your insurance card.
- Step 2: Ask if you have OON benefits, and if so what percentage will they reimburse?
- Step 3: Ask if you have to meet a deductible first, and if so how much is left this year?
- Step 4: If you do have OON benefits, inquire about how you can submit superbills (via client portal or mail).
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly through your client portal in Simple Practice.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
