Grace Brady

Grace (she/her) is a Mental Health Counselor. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Fairfield University and her M.A. in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from NYU Steinhardt. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Narrative Therapy.

Grace has a special interest in supporting clients navigating OCD, as well as those exploring the intersection of sexuality, religion, and identity. She takes an integrative, person-centered approach and is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring whatever may be impacting them. She values a collaborative therapeutic relationship and works alongside clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and gradually face fears using evidence-based, exposure-based approaches.

Grace works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, and life transitions. Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks with her dog, practicing hot yoga, and trying new foods.
