Avi Singer (he/him) is a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for empowering individuals, couples, and families to achieve emotional balance, healthier relationships, and personal growth. With a focus on improving interpersonal connections and addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma, Avi offers a supportive and nonjudgmental space for clients to navigate life’s challenges and find clarity.

Avi is a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, specializing in this evidence-based approach for addressing trauma and stress-related disorders. This powerful modality enables clients to process difficult experiences and reframe how they respond to past and current stressors. By blending cognitive behavioral techniques with Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions, Avi tailors his approach to each client’s unique needs, helping them gain insight, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Avi’s therapeutic style is grounded in a humanistic and integrative lens, valuing each person’s individuality and potential. He believes in meeting clients where they are, fostering collaboration and trust as they work toward their goals. Whether guiding clients to overcome past traumas, manage overwhelming emotions, or deepen their relationships, Avi is committed to providing compassionate care that drives meaningful, lasting change.

With a deep commitment to mental health, Avi is dedicated to helping clients unlock their inner strengths, reconnect with their values, and build the lives they envision for themselves.

Avi's Statement:

"We all go through the journey called ‘life’. We often don’t realize how our past experiences play out daily. We then have various reactions which can hinder our levels of function- emotional, physical, and spiritual. Through therapy, I work with my clients to guide them in exploring, understanding, and accepting their experiences. Together, we develop tools to help manage their different symptoms and improve their well-being."
