Avi Singer

Staff Therapist

Avi Singer is a Licensed Social Worker who treats individual adults, couples, and families. He provides services that help to improve interpersonal relationships and manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. Avi is a trained EMDR therapist, an evidence based treatment for trauma and stressor related disorders. Avi tends to work through a humanistic and integrative lens; he utilizes both cognitive behavioral techniques as well as internal family systems (IFS) interventions to help his client's attain their best mental health goals. 

Avi's Statement:

"We all go through the journey called ‘life’. We often don’t realize how our past experiences play out daily. We then have various reactions which can hinder our levels of function- emotional, physical, and spiritual. Through therapy, I work with my clients to guide them in exploring, understanding, and accepting their experiences. Together, we develop tools to help manage their different symptoms and improve their well-being."
